Our Staff
We have a wonderful, supportive and friendly group of staff at the Preschool, who really make it feel like "home from home" for the children.
Andrea Gibbs, Kelly Pike and Hannah Pike are responsible for the day to day care of the children and running of the Preschool.
The overall administration and management of the Preschool is carried out by our team of voluntary Trustees, who are parents at the Preschool;
Naomi Sparks-Harris, Hannah Dyke, Stephanie Moreland and Lauren Hopcraft
About Staff
Andrea Gibbs (Manager & SENCO)
Having worked at the pre-school for many years, Andrea is well qualified to help your child thrive within the pre-school environment.
Andrea lives locally on the Blackdown Hills with her husband, two daughters and dog. Andrea loves exploring and going for walks.
At Preschool she engages the children in lots of fun and creative activities, her focus is on the children learning through exploring and enjoying themselves.
Andrea has completed her NVQ level 2 & 3 in Child Protection, has been first aid trained and has attended many more relevant courses.
Kelly Pike (Deputy Manager & SENCO)
Kelly joined our team in September 2024 and took on the full role of Deputy in December 2025 and brings a wonderful, enthusiastic outlook to the role.
She has Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and relevant early years training has been completed.
She has settled into the team brilliantly and the children adore her.
Kelly lives locally with her son and dog and is a great asset to our team.
Hannah Pike (Early Years Practitioner)
Hannah joined the team in Autumn 2025 after enjoying supporting our Preschool with supply cover prior to this.
Hannah has Level 2 in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People (RQF) and other relevant training. She is currently working towards her Level 3.
Hannah lives locally with her family, which includes two children and they enjoy exploring the local countryside and coastline.
