Do you enjoy making a difference, asking good questions, and occasionally discussing finances while surrounded by finger paintings and tiny chairs?

Our lovely preschool CIO is looking for 2 Trustees to join our friendly board and help guide the future of our setting – where muddy knees, big imaginations, and early learning go hand in hand.

 

🌟 What’s the role?

As a Trustee, you’ll help:

• Support and oversee the preschool’s management and direction

• Make sure we’re well-run, financially sound, and legally compliant

• Bring your skills, ideas, and common sense to trustee meetings

• Champion high-quality early years education (and the occasional fundraiser!)

No day-to-day childcare duties required – this is about strategy, support, and stewardship, not snack duty (unless you really want to help).

 

🧠 Who are we looking for?

You don’t need previous trustee experience – just:

• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

• An interest in supporting children and families in your community

• Time to attend a few meetings a year
